At the end of grade 9 they are required to make important decisions regarding subject choices which ultimately impacts on career paths. ICCE Certificate is obtained at the end of Grade 9,however we ensure that learners are supported with meaningful career development tools and guidance.
Grades 10 – 12: Further Education and Training phase (FET) refers to education and training provided from Grades 10 to 12 and includes both academic learning and career-oriented training. Learners in Grade 10 acquire the Intermediate Certificate and the Advanced Certificate at the end of Grade 12.
The Accelerated Christian Education curriculum has been tried and proven to be very effective in providing all the basic academic disciplines as well as instilling Godly character into the lives of students. The reasons why the A.C.E. program works can be summarized in these Seven Key Foundational Concepts:
1.The learner is placed on the LEVEL of curriculum where he can perform.Level acknowledges that all students are different.
2.The learner’s set reasonable and appropriate GOAL to be achieved in a reasonable period of time
3.The learner receives MOTIVATION through encouragement and support
4.The learner’s learning must be MEASURED, which relates to accountability
5.The learner’s learning receives RECOGNITION and REWARD for its effort and significance.
‘Asifiwe’ is a Kiswahili word meaning; ‘let Him be praised’ the facts beyond science prove that the author and finisher of life and of all matter is God and everything including education is perfected in Him; So let God be praised.
